Ingredients:
Refined Wheat Flour (Maida), Sugar, Milk Solid (WPC, SMP), Cocoa Solids, Refined Vegetable Oil (Sunflower), Baking Powder, Starch, Emulsifier and stabilizer (INS 471, INS 475, INS 477 and INS 415), ARTIFICIAL FLAVOURING SUBSTANCE (CHOCOLATE)
Recipe
1.prepare
• Pre Heat the oven (170°C-180°C)
• Place regular size muffin cups and grease bottoms of muffin cups with shortening or oil
2. Mix
• Mix water
premix in large bowl
mix with spoon/hand beater for 2-3 min. till no lumps are seen in batter
• After mixing add oil and mix for 1-2 min. at slow speed
• Spoon into Cups (about ¾ cup each).
3.Bake
• Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown let cool for 5 minutes.
• Remove the muffins from the pan carefully.
• If not using paper cups. Run a knife around the edges to loosen them.
